Added a graphics API visual indicator. It can be toggled through nvidia-settings' "OpenGL Settings" panel, the __GL_SHOW_GRAPHICS_OSD environment variable, or the GLShowGraphicsOSD application profile. See the README for more information.
Exposed EGL 1.5 in the EGL version string. This does not add any extra functionality to the EGL driver. All EGL 1.5 features were already supported through EGL 1.4 plus extensions.
Updated the minimum required version of FreeBSD to 10.4-RELEASE.
Fixed a bug that caused VDPAU-decoded H.265/HEVC content to have interlaced artifacts when shared with OpenGL through the GL_NV_vdpau_interop extension.
Installation instructions: Once you have downloaded the driver, change to the directory containing the driver package and install the driver by running, as root, tar xzf NVIDIA-FreeBSD-x86_64-410.57.tar.gz && cd NVIDIA-FreeBSD-x86_64-410.57 && make install
Then, edit your X configuration file so that the NVIDIA X driver will be used; this can normally be done by running nvidia-xconfig
Note that the list of supported GPU products is provided to indicate which GPUs are supported by a particular driver version. Some designs incorporating supported GPUs may not be compatible with the NVIDIA Linux driver: in particular, notebook and all-in-one desktop designs with switchable (hybrid) or Optimus graphics will not work if means to disable the integrated graphics in hardware are not available. Hardware designs will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so please consult with a system's manufacturer to determine whether that particular system is compatible.
